So over a year ago pre-YouTube (around April 2011) I did these really funky Stained Glass Window nails and I lovedddd them! So I wanted to do them again only this time with a video tutorial (obviously!) Feel free to use more neon colors (such as the China Glaze Summer Neon shades). I did that on my other hand because I was feeling whimsical! It can also double as "Mosaic" nail art OR1980's retro! This design is kind of taking me back to the bed spreads in DJ and Stephanie's bedroom from one of my all-time FAVORITE shows as a child, Full House .. anyone, anyone?!
