Polka Dot Border Nails

hi girls! i absolutely adore this nail art and it was inspired by one of my absolute favorite shows-  Pretty Little Liars! It's a border manicure but spiced up with fun polka dots :) Jenna was the one with these nails last season and I hope you guys like my version! I think it looks exactly the same as hers!
